HOW TO ORDER: Place your order by selecting products from the My Best Friend Storefront. There is a link on every page which will take you to our storefront. You can navigate between departments and make your selections there. Our site is secure for credit card transactions so you can feel assured your information is safe should you decide to place an order online. Once you have made your selection, review your order by clicking "basket contents" and then go to checkout to submit your order with a credit card. Please allow 72 hours for processing and shipping. All our products are preservative-free, and some are perishable requiring refrigeration. Therefore, Overnight, 2-Day or 3-Day shipping is required to maintain freshness. At checkout, you will be given several shipping options including USPS Priority 2-3 day mail which offers delivery on Saturday also, FEDEX Overnight, 2-Day or 3-Day shipping which charges an additional surcharge for Saturday deliveries. USPS Priority Mail is the least expensive option, but keep in mind the Post Office DOES NOT GUARANTEE a delivery date, so all USPS Priority Mail orders can be subject to mail delays with no money back guarantee. FEDEX is more expensive but they DO GUARANTEE a delivery date. If for some reason FEDEX does not deliver your package on time, they will refund your shipping cost. Products requiring refrigeration such as pupperoni pizzas, must ship FEDEX 2-Day or less. They are packed with gel ice packs to keep them cold during shipping. If you have any questions, please contact us. We assure you, all possible care will be taken to make sure your special treats arrive in perfect condition. We package all products extremely well to assure safety during shipping. If your product does NOT arrive in acceptable condition, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery so that we can investigate the cause. PLEASE NOTE: Even though at My Best Friend, we take ALL possible precautions to protect your treats, we cannot "guarantee" they will arrive without shipping damage. Once your order leaves our hands, we no longer have control of how it will be handled. If you feel your order was mishandled by the shipping carriers, please let us know, and we will be happy to file a damages claim with the carrier on your behalf. We will do our very best to create your customized order. FOOD ALLERGIES: Food allergies are common in animals as well as humans. If you are concerned about the possibility of our products causing an allergic reaction in your pet, OR If you already suspect your pet may have a food allergy, we strongly recommend you consult with your veterinarian BEFORE purchasing our products. All ingredients are listed with the products and on our "Ingredients" page, but we will be happy to FAX a list of ingredients used in our products to you and your vet upon request. In most cases, we may be able to substitute a different ingredient for your pet.
