Cancellation Policy
If, for any reason, you wish to cancel your order prior to the order being shipped, you will receive a refund credited back to your credit card, as long as the cancellation is received in time to prevent shipping. All refunds as a result of customer cancellations are subject to the following fees:
a. Credit Card Processing fee - 4% of entire order including shipping.
Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled. The following shipping schedule is our general time-frame for receiving cancellations.
USPS Priority Mail Shipping/FEDEX Express Saver - Orders are shipped 3 business days prior to the delivery date. Cancellations must be received by 8:00a.m., 3 business days prior to the requested delivery date.
Example: Order delivery date requested - Friday
Shipping date - Tuesday
Cancellation MUST be recieved no later than 8:00a.m. on Tuesday.
FEDEX 2-DAY Shipping - Orders are shipped 2 business days prior to the delivery date requested. Cancellations must be received by 8:00 a.m., 2 business days prior to the requested delivery date:
Example: Order delivery date requested - Friday
Shipping date - Wednesday
Cancellation MUST be recieved no later than 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday.
FEDEX Overnight Shipping - Orders are shipped one business day before the delivery date requested. Cancellations must be received by 8:00 a.m., one business day before the requested delivery date:
Example: Order delivery date requested - Friday
Shipping date - Thursday
Cancellation MUST be recieved no later than 8:00 a.m. on Thursday..
